How to prepare the perfect brew
HOT TEA:
1. Wash the teapot with piping hot water
2. Add 2 nos of pyramid tea bag per cup
3. Pour freshly boiled water over the cup
4. Cover the lid and allow to brew for 2 minutes but not more than 5 minutes, to suit your taste
5. Strain and serve with mulled mint leaves as garnish
COLD TEA:
1. Wash the teapot with piping hot water
2. Add 2 nos of pyramid tea bag per cup
3. Pour freshly boiled water over the cup
4. Cover the lid and allow to brew for 2 minutes but not more than 5 minutes, to suit your taste
5. Strain over ice cubes, Pour into a glass, Serve chilled
6. Garnish with mulled mint leaves
