Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the fastest time span, Goodricke work with reputed e-commerce shipping partners.
We operate through Pickkr & Delhivery for all domestic orders and DHL for International orders

For Domestic orders:

  • We charge nominal shipping fee of Rs 40 for order having value less than Rs 599. There is no shipping charge in case of order value is more than Rs 599
  • We also offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service for our domestic customers. We charge flat Rs 50 for all COD orders irrespective of their order value.
  • COD service is not available for the orders having value more than Rs 5,000

For International orders:

  • Shipping charge is basis the destination country that the customer will select at the time of checkout. There is no shipping charges in case of order value is more than $100
  • Free shipping is available for order amount Rs. 699 or above, we charge Rs.100 as a flat delivery charge.
  • We do not offer COD service to International orders

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.

ORDER TRACKING

The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email or SMS, when the order is shipped. You can also track the order status on Goodricke Tea website (www.goodricketea.com)

 

ARRIVAL OF ORDER

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. However, Goodricke Group Limited is dependent on 3rd party service providers for logistics. All communication in relation to the delivery of the orders is basis the SLA provided by our service providers.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
