I would love to share my experience with you. First courier service was horrible. I had not received the parcel in due time although tracking no was given n when I contacted them their answer was that the parcel was on the way it will reach in due time. Then a lady from Goodricke intervened and after speaking to me she cancelled the first courier and sent the parcel through another courier service. I got the parcel within a day .Thanks to your initiative n customer care service
Enjoying this tea since last several years for sugarless black tea. Its value for money.
