Brew the perfect cup:

1. Heat fresh water just short of a rolling boil.
2. Add one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup.
3. Allow the tea to boil for a few minutes. Add milk and sugar as per choice and brew some more.
4. Strain and enjoy. Add spices like cardamom, ginger, cloves and pepper for an authentic masala tea experience.
